Service Contract paid for 2 years - air conditioning froze and I called - service guy came smelling of pot and alcohol- I asked him to leave my home - they are charging me $180 for service call and guy was in my house for less than 5 minutes. Air around the clock sent a new person next day who claimed my 4 year old ac had a damaged coil and I needed a replacement($1400). They recommended a service contract as well(1700$) I called another company who came out and cleaned my AC , stated it had not been properly cleaned by air around the clock and the coils needed proper cleaning - he told me air around the clock was scamming me for a coil replacement as 1) the ac was under warranty and 2) the ac did Not need a coil replacement, only a cleaning(which they should have done) BEWARE! DO NOT USE this company!!

Horrible experience. Would not recommend. Replaced unit may 2023 with this company and condenser had problems since day 1. Multiple calls with the company with no fixes. Ac broke and now they want 1,500 to fix it. Will not be using company again. Will be calling better business bureau.

I bought a new a/c unit from Air Around the Clock and started having problems immediately!!! Servicemen would come and go and never fix the problem. I was told that I wasn't changing the air filters enough(I change monthly). I was SOOOOO frustrated until Anthony arrived!!! He took his time, took photos and explained everything in a professional way!!! The initial install and follow-ups had all failed. I had purchased the 5 year service plan, thank God!!! I was shocked at the status of my a/c in the attic. It was rusty and looked horrible (not brand new!) I never post reviews, but Anthony deserves to be recognized by the company as the professional he is!!! A crew came out today and hopefully fixed all of the mistakes. If you need your unit serviced, request Anthony ONLY!!!!

Stay away from this company. They took advantage of my mother , BIG TIME !!! She's been breathing in all the dust and dirt and whatnot from outside since the installation. After numerous complaints and calls, the owner finally told my mom that they will not do any service for her. Thanks. Now after 2 year, I have called another company out to look at the installation. Wrong size ducts hooked up to the ac. Go figure. Blowing cold air out under the home and sucking air from outside. Totally unprofessional. Stay away. Look at the pictures . They tell the whole story. They took advantage of an elderly woman. I would give zero stars if I could. Looks like from other reviews that others are dealing with the same problems.

We’ve had good experience with this company. Technicians are professional and do the job right the first time. Yes, they are pricey, but they came and fixed our less than one-year old unit when the company that sold it to us couldn’t be bothered to come and look at it. That was five years ago, and we’ve been with AATC since.
