I'm not particularly eager to bash any service. I understand things happen occasionally, but my AC stopped working 3 weeks ago, and I put in 3 requests in 2 days. No AC in South Florida is brutal. Still, 3 weeks later, they still haven't called or showed up. My boyfriend YouTube the problem and fixed it the same day. Using Google, it was a 200-300 service call. I used this company once and had no issues very prompt; however, I'm not sure of the disconnect. I wouldn't have this company as the only option.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank AC America for assisting me with replacing my A/C unit. They sold me only what I needed and didn’t try to “up sell” equipment that wasn’t needed. Pricing was reasonable and installation went flawlessly. I highly recommend AC America LLC to anyone needing help with their air conditioning needs

I really don't have a problem with AC AMERICA since they have quality equipment at a more reasonable price. My problem came from the AC company that installed my system didn't know how to repair it when I had problems. My unit quit working at times and showed a code 4 inside the cover of the outside unit. When this happened the unit would not work and I had to reboot it by turning off the breaker at the panel. It happened numerous times and I am hoping that the 4th AC company that came out finally fixed the problem by adding a HARD START product to my unit. They also replaced some part on the heating strips that was making some noice. SO FAR, SO GOOD, TIME WILL TELL!
