Tyler Marshall1 StarSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give this review zero stars I would. I recently had a water leak in my house and called Admiral out to see about rerouting the water lines. After 6 hours of cutting holes into the walls and cabinets the tech still had ZERO idea where the water pipe was. He then told me it could take 3-7 more days with no water to complete the job. I mentioned to him that this was unacceptable and to call another tech out to the job to assist if it was going to take that long. I was then told that was not an option so I called Mr. Rooter and told the tech that was at my property to pack his things and leave. (He was already paid for the job even though he did NOTHING but cause more damage to my home, easiest $4k the company has ever made). Instead of leaving he calls for backup. Once his “backup” arrived they both looked at the damage for about 10-15 minutes before the techs “backup” decided to leave and run over my newly installed low voltage driveway lights. He then had the audacity to throw his hands up at me like it was my fault. I finally got everyone off of my property by the end of the day. The next day Mr. Rooter came out and within 20 minutes could tell me exactly what was wrong! They rerouted the water lines and I had water by the end of the day! CALL MR. ROOTER FOR ALL OF YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS! DO NOT CALL THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!
Update:
Going on week 4 of no call back from management. I have called every other day trying to get this resolved and no one has yet to call be back. Will be leaving a statement with the BBB.Thursday 5th December 2024
Adam Silverman4 StarStay far away from this company. I used them over 10 years ago they were great. Now a new company has taken them over and it’s been one huge disaster.
First we needed a new bathroom handle installed and they said it would be $1200. We said no.
Next we needed 2 shut off valves and a small leak from a pipe. $1100 for that.
The technician came out he was very cold not friendly at all. He started work and broke the sink plug. He said because it’s old he could not fix it with what he had and would need to come back at 9am the next day.
Next day no word I called customer service they had no idea. Finally at 11 I get a text he is on the way. No show nothing. I call customer service again they said he had the part and was on the way. Hours later nothing.
Called again now the part he had is on order and I won’t have a sink for a month. This is not the kind of service anyone should expect and at $1100.
When you ask to speak to a manager no one calls back.
April 28th update they found the part and came today to finish the job. The Tech was 100% perfect. Night and day.Monday 28th April 2025
Elise P5 StarFirst of all, we had an Excalibur water filtration system and a new water heater installed on Feb 10th. Love both systems! Shawn installed everything and took great care in making sure that everything was top notch. We enrolled in their membership plan which made everything affordable and made us feel secure in our decision because we are eligible for other benefits like prioritized service.
Two weeks later we discovered a problem with our kitchen faucet and was going to change it out. Called Admiral and the sent Cleon out the very next day. We would have had to wait 2 weeks with another company. Cleon came to change out the faucet but discovered a valve under the kitchen sink that was leaking. Cleon was able to tighten our existing faucet, so we did not have to change it and saved us money. And he replaced the faulty valve on the spot. Great service, great job, well done! We highly recommend!Tuesday 25th February 2025
Ray Fox1 StarI used Admiral Plumbing 3 times in the past to put some toilets in, installed a new water heater, and installed a kitchen faucet and their prices wasn’t too bad. I scheduled an appointment today to install a new Delta kitchen faucet that I bought, simple job. When the technician arrived he said he was going to give me an estimate for the removal and install and I said okay. He gave a price of $99 for the service call and $699 for the work!!! It’s about a 30 minute job at the most!! I didn’t pay this out rageous price before!! I still had to pay the $99 because he showed up. Don’t use this company in any way!!Sunday 6th April 2025
John Cohen1 StarDo not book a service call or repair with Admiral Plumbing. Even though they are under the Service Experts umbrella (who have been a good vendor for our air conditioning) Admiral Plumbing is greedy and do not stand by their mistakes. We had a situation where a technician came out and replaced parts in a 10+ year old leaky toilet. The fix did not work. The next day another technician came out to evaluate the still leaky toilet and told us that the first technician was totally wrong in replacing the parts. Their protocol calls for a replacement, not an attempted fix on a toilet that age. They refused a refund and offered a partial credit for the repair on a new WAY OVERPRICED toilet. At that point we knew they were con artists and went to another plumbing company. We fought the charge with the credit card company and won. But get this! They simply re-billed the invoice and now expect full payment. It's insanity.Thursday 10th April 2025
