The best company out there. You get fast service and Angie at the office gives you all the support you need to get the job done. She goes way out of the way to help you. She is so kind and attentive. Most of all the way they clean out your ducks is out of the chart. They take it all out and really clean and scrub it clean. The vents are left sparkling. Leo has alot of experience and goes out of his way. He also explaines and tells you in what condition your ac was in. My air feels cooler after . I have seen other companies do duck work around my neighborhood and you can see it is not the same work. So happy to have their service. Thank you Angie for all of your help. Customer service is the best. No matter who you talk to.

BUYERS BEWARE.... I literally got a lemon AC unit that has been nothing but issue after issue. I have reached out multiple times with little to no results. I have left multiple messages on emergency phones and with the receptionist and still yet to have a manager call me back. I think it really shows what type of company you are when nobody can call you back or simply respond on an after hours line. I have been waiting since Thursday for a manager to call me. The only good thing is the tech, Cory he is beyond helpful and kind. Cory has attempted 8 times since May to have my service fixed but unfortunately here we are. I think its a shame you were paid in full for a new unit and its been issue after issue and me and my children suffer!!!

My AC went out yesterday…Sunday at 5 pm right before Memorial Day. It was a very hot day. I called Air Plus not knowing if anyone would answer the phone, Paul answered and Cory arrived within 20 minutes. They have to order a part for me but Cory was able to get the unit blowing and cool enough until Tuesday since Monday is Memorial Day. I always recommend Air Plus to my family & friends. They are true professionals and really care about their customers. Corey is the best, he really cares and does an amzing job! Thank you!
