Not a good experience with the company. Pros: A functional air conditioner was installed. They provided portable air conditioners until they could install the new air conditioner. Cons: Unprofessional and poor communication. The portable air conditioners leaked water into the house when it rained. They did a horrible job installing a new thermostat, where they left exposed wires & damaged the surrounding area. They had to come back another day to install the new thermostat because they didn’t know how to do it on the original scheduled day. They also stole the charger that was supposed to come with the thermostat.

I've been Air Superhero customer since last year. I am extremely satisfied with our 2 AC units repairs. Services are extremely professional, details oriented. AC technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous. Carlos the owner is a true Joy to deal with any of our AC concerns ! Highly recommended !

I had Abbott for AC service. My drain was blocked and I wasn't able to clear it by different methods. Firstly, my first interaction with Carlos was nothing less than professional and reassuring with questionsto diagnose my problem. He was clear about the anticipated cost and it ended up exactly what was quoted. Abbott was on time, also pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend Air Superhero and will absolutely use their services going forward.

Our previous a/c company apparently was bought by a national firm. Nevertheless, I had them come out for a routine tune-up/maintenance. The tech was knowledgeable, but I got a sales pitch of thousands of dollars to “fix” some things unlike any other I’ve ever had. Surprisingly, a field supervisor even came by minutes later to try to offer a discount which made me feel a bit like I was at a car dealership. I politely told them "thanks but no thanks" and that I was going to get a second opinion. So I called two friends and got two good recommendations. Air Superhero was able to come out that same day so I went with them. Your tech Abbot was courteous, knowledgeable, skilled and not pushy. He checked our a/c unit thoroughly, gave clear options/recommendations and was clear on the cost and potential benefit of each. I told him he must have trained at Chick-fil-A for customer service:-) He respected my concerns and gave a solid solution at a reasonable price overall. I definitely had a positive experience and will consider Air Superhero for future a/c needs!
