I recently had the pleasure of working with AirGaard AC Company and I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish, their service was exceptional and their expertise in the field was evident. Firstly, their customer service was top-notch. When I called to schedule an appointment, the representative was friendly, professional, and efficient. They were able to accommodate my schedule and set up a convenient time for the technician to come out. Speaking of the technician, they were punctual and arrived right on time. They were also very courteous and respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers and cleaning up after themselves. They took the time to explain the issue with my AC unit in a way that was easy for me to understand, and they provided me with different options for repair or replacement. What impressed me the most was their knowledge and expertise. The technician was clearly well-trained and experienced, and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem with my AC unit quickly and efficiently. They had all the necessary tools and equipment with them, which saved me time and hassle. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also took the time to perform a thorough inspection of my entire AC system to ensure everything was in proper working order. They even gave me some tips on how to maintain my AC unit to prevent future problems. Lastly, I would recommend them to anybody that I come across

What a Godsend! Thank you Airgaard and team! You guys are incredible… I called these guys out based on a referral from a friend when my unit quit working one day. They arrived promptly when they said they would. They were able to diagnose my system quickly and answered any questions I had about options. My unit was approaching 15 years in age and it made more sense to go ahead and replace it than try to salvage it. John was able to give me a few different options in different price ranges. I ultimately went with the one that he and Kris both recommended, which also wasn’t the most expensive option, because these guys seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy… My friend has used them for years and I’m so grateful I found them! They were able to do the install the following day and got everything up and running expediently. They were very polite and courteous and did an amazing job of respecting my home and property! I would recommend these guys to anyone! Thank you to Kris and all of his team!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! When we needed help, they brought it and quickly. If you ever need someone to repair or install an HVAC system, call these guys. I’m so glad we found them. On time, polite, super clean and tidy, all around good people, thanks again!
