Shady liars who won't refund my money even though their defective part was returned. Buyer beware! First, the capacitor was in brand new working condition and nothing was wrong with it so I got no refund. Then, the capacitor had allegedly been installed already (with no supporting evidence offered). Now, it's allegedly the old capacitor. If it was the old capacitor, how did it test as working in their first story? There are many negative reviews, all with the same theme. If you get a bad part, they will try to screw you on the review. I'm going to have to issue a chargeback to get my refund. Avoid these crooks and liars at all costs.

CROOKS. I made ONE order of two capacitors and they billed my card for two SEPERATE orders (doubling the shipping costs) then I returned their items using their two day priority mail shipping label and now (almost a month later) they're saying they never received my return. They robbed me on an extra shipping cost then they robbed me by getting their merchandise back and not refunding me the purchase price I paid. I am a successful Christian business owner and have no reason to lie about $61, but I do not want other consumers to be scammed and robbed by this company. It's a shame to say but; they are CROOKS.

My research indicated that I likely needed one of two parts to get my variable speed blower motor to spin on the high setting again. Greg gave me some helpful suggestions to confirm what I really needed (fan module). I'll be coming back to Airstar next time my system goes down. Thanks!

I wanted an RGF UV light for a PTAC unit and couldn't find one anywhere! I ordered from AirStar supply and was extremely pleased. They shipped it on the same day and it arrived quickly. The price of the item was great. I am sure my HVAC contractor would have charged double or triple what it cost. I installed it myself in about 30 minutes. By the way it works GREAT. Within 24 hours my home gym smells like a clean pure rain forest. Thank you!

I ordered a part from AirStar on Amazon which arrived damaged, likely from the manufacturer mishandling the item. I contacted AirStar directly and they promptly shipped out a replacement. Top tier service - I would happily work with them again.
