On the recommendation of a neighbor when I bought my house 12 years ago, I've used AMI for service and maintenance throughout that time. I've always found they to be responsive, reasonably priced and ethical. (One time, after describing the problem on a Sunday morning, instead of making the visit, he told me how to fix the problem on my own--for a SMALL fraction of the price!) So, when I needed a new unit, I called AMI. The owner was at my house within 2 hours and sized up the situation in 10 minutes, gave me a quote and offered to install within two days (it was not an emergency situation.) On the agreed upon date Stephon and Allen showed up and got to work immediately. They were extremely neat, careful with my property, and VERY knowledgeable. They worked very well together and we're a pleasure to deal with.

Adam is great - very professional and super helpful! We have had him help us on multiple occasions and highly recommend him. He even came to our house after hours when we had an A/C emergency. He goes above and beyond - very through and helpful with his explanations. AMI is great, in general.

I used AMI to do a new AC installation because I have used them in the past and they never let me down. I was very happy with the service from start to finish very professional. Allen, Ryan and Casey came out to my home and did and amazing job installing my AC and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Everyone in the office is even helpful and goes above and beyond I was assisted by Robin and Natalie. I really appreciate the advice that Anil gave me to replace my AC.

I called on Sunday and left a message for service on Monday as the A/C was not working at all. They called me promptly at 9:10 Monday morning, and a technician, Richard Francis, was here within the hour. He not only fixed the problem, but also performed a semi-annual maintenance, installed a hard start kit, and cleaned the intake and replaced the filter. He was very professional and explained everything in detail.
