We had a great experience two weeks ago. I called in a panic because water was flowing through our garage and out of an exterior wall of my house. They setup an appointment that afternoon and showed up early (they had to wait on me!) Eddie was extremely helpful and thorough. He explained in detail what he was doing and why all while trying to minimize damage to my walls through the process. He seemed very knowledgeable and kept me informed of my options and the associated costs.

I've always had a good experience with this company over the years. I recently had to call Asenjo plumbing for an issue at my home. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The technician who came to my house was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in fixing the problem. He also took the time to explain the issue and how he was going to fix it, which I appreciated. The pricing was fair and transparent, and I felt comfortable with the service provided. I highly recommend Asenjo to anyone in need of a plumbing service. They exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be using them again in the future. 5 stars!

I typically do not write reviews, but my experience was so bad multiple times with Asenjo Plumbing I hope I can save other consumers a horrible experience. The new owner Jacklin, although polite on the phone, has the most disorganized business running. I called about a big job several weeks ago, she asked me to email her photos which i did the same day. She said someone would contact me the next day. 11 days later, I receive an email from Mark (who is apparently about to retire) and he says he is working on it that week. 10 days go by, again, no contact from anyone. I email Mark asking for a status and instead of replying, suddenly, a Manager shows up at my property calling me asking I let him in the driveway. I was not home, we had no appointment, no one had even contacted me for 10 days. The new owner Jacklin calls right away apologizing for the misunderstanding and scheduled me for the following morning 9-10am. The next morning, I take off work, am sitting in the house waiting, no one arrives so i call the office. Jacklin says the Manager was assigned to a different job that morning. No one ever bothered to call me to say the Manager was not arriving. What nerve ! I'm sure they charge $100+ per hour for their time, but do not value the time of their customers. How about the value of time I lost taking off work and sitting in my house for nothing, and my appointment was completely disregarded. Clearly Jacklin buying this business recently was a mistake, she is completely disorganized and cannot keep promises or appointments made with her customers, not think the courtesy of a call is important when she changes schedules without warning.

This is a company with real people who answer the phone and are accountable! The technicians arrive on time and do a great job. The friendly service is wonderful. The staff is helpful and the prices are reasonable. I will be calling them again!

I have been working with Asenjo Plumbing longer than I can remember. They have always been professional and hard working. Mark is the new owner but he has been working at Asenjo Plumbing since he came out of high school. Mark knows the business and takes a great deal of pride in serving the customer. Congratulations Mark, on this new adventure. I am sure you will do well.
