I wrote this review in 2019.......... It is summertime and 100 degrees or higher in North Palm Beach, FL, so it is considered an emergency to me to get my A/C fixed A.S.A.P.! Plus, I have high blood pressure and I do not do well in the heat, I get headaches and feel nauseous. Atomize Air Solutions came out the same day they were called. They were called around 9 AM and arrived about 1:30 PM. My technician was Omar. He was extremely nice and polite. He was very respectful of me and my home. It was very easy to have a conversation with him as he listened well, plus he was also very friendly. He had a great positive attitude and smiled while doing his job. You could tell that he loves what he does and has a passion for helping people. Omar was very thorough and explained everything including warranty, prices of parts and my options on how to fix the problem. He figured out the problem the day he came out and the next day he arrived with the part and in 1 hour my A/C unit was repaired and working. THANK YOU Omar and Atomize Air Solutions. You are a blessings! I am very pleased and satisfied with the service that was provided. As of today, I have continued to use Atomize Air Solutions over the last 5 years. In those 5 years my A/C unit needed to be fixed and repaired 4 times (minor things thankfully). It is still in good running order. Omar and his associates are always considerate and explain everything. I am always pleased and satisfied with the service that is provided and the pricing is always reasonable, as well. THANKS again. My best day was the day Atomize Air Solutions was recommended to me. Omar and Roberto have both kept my a/c in tip top working order. They are professional and, I must add, very fair and honest. It was highly recommended to me to schedule a routine maintenance appointment with them. Omar assisted me with scheduling a day and time that worked for my limited schedule with professionalism and efficiency, all while communicating clearly and in a friendly way, which I appreciate. Chris came to our home in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable and kind. He thoroughly explained everything he needs to do and made necessary recommendations for regular maintenance. I will definitely be calling again and asking for Chris then next time we need to schedule an appointment!

I called Atomize Air Solutions Inc with my air conditioner problem they came at their earliest convenience. They did such a good job, and in such a professional manner, that I signed up with them to service my a/c as needed. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who needs a honest, reliable and professional company. It is very hard to find such companies in the west palm beach area. Most are dishonest and I really mean this.
