cj dominic5 StarThis isn’t the first time I used Glenn. It’s actually the third time. Each and every time it’s been a perfect experience. I have had only One Issue with my air. As soon as I called him he was there. I was past my warranty time and he never charged me. He’s great and his prices are fair. Best of all his customer service is a ten. I’m a snow bird, so when I call from Rochester to check my unit I know I’m calling someone who I can trust. My parents use him also and love him. Great guy, great business. Alan Ungar5 StarGlen and his team have always been professional and helpful. My dad bought a condo that needed ac replaced.. they did an amazing job with no problems. So then we needed our ac replaced, they installed a new unit in ours. We had minor things happen but they are quick to help and solve the problem and get your ac working again. I would suggest them for ac replacement , repair or maitence.... i used people prior and they arent honest like this company! Call glen and his sons for all your needsSaturday 12th December 2020
Mark Avrin5 StarHad a whole system installed by Callway and sons, they are five stars all the way. A lot of air conditioning work happens where you don't see it, up in the attic. If you have leaky duct work you will likely never know it, you will just have higher electric bills. I inspected the work that Callaway did and it was excellent, everything was properly done. When I had a few minor issues with the system, they came right out and fixed it. A pleasure to do business with.Tuesday 25th January 2022
