Good with their work but not professional. They cancelled my Appointment 4 Times. Their time was more important than mine. They did not respect my Order because I purchased it via Groupon and they had other priorities.

Amazing service, very high quality work! Anwsered all our questions and helped us with our AC unit. He made sure everything was perfect and even went back to his truck many times to make sure everything was good. He could have used any part but made sure it was the best way to fix it because he wanted to make it perfect. hands down one of the best people i’ve come across to help with things!

Chace, the owner is simply the best AC repair and service company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with in the nearly 20 years that I’ve lived in Florida. Chace installed new AC and duct work on a recent remodel and today he repaired a clogged line, inspected all our AC units and offered us a very affordable bi-annual service plan. Chace is highly experienced and tells you in layman’s terms what the problem is, what your options are, and is not trying to upsell you like most other AC companies. I trust Chace and I’m glad I called him. He’s professional, respectful and responsive. Couldn’t be happier!

Did not know Chace Joseph A/C until about 6 months ago. I had an emergency situation and they responded same day, fixing the issue at a reasonable price. They responded again recently to address a buzzing sound from my indoor unit. A transformer was failing, and the technician Michael replaced at a very reasonable price. He also cleaned out my drain line, found it was quite blocked so prevented another unplanned issue. I have my "go-to" A/C service company and peace of mind.

Well we didn't expect to pay this much under warranty. Went without air for4 days then eta was 12-2 and didn't start until 4 and finally finished up at 8:0clock!! This was such an inconvenience. We were tempted to cut 200$ out of our bill. This is out of the ordinary for chase Joseph Air conditioning! Please don't let this stop you from dealing with this company their the greatest a/c company East of the Mississippi!
