We have called them for minor repairs such as an ice maker or a small leak in a sink, and for major repairs like installing a completely new HVAC system. They are very reliable and friendly to deal with, but what keeps us renewing our contract every year are the employees. Every technician that has walked through this door has been friendly, clean, and knowledgeable. They show a respect for my property and keep things neat and tidy. The administration is also easy to deal with and scheduling is always fast and easy. I absolutely recommend using them for repairs, or better yet, if you live in an older house with older appliances, I would recommend buying one of their protection plans. They worked efficiently and in record time I had a new A/C cooling my house. They were great guys and exceptionally knowledgeable in what they were doing. Sandra Katanick5 StarThis is the first time I have used Climate Control Services and I would highly recommend them. Tom Miller was the technician they sent and he is the best! He helped me to better understand instant on hot water systems and although there were no issues with my system it probably is too small for the whole house. They worked to diagnose the problem, listened to me as I described the situation and came up with the solution. When the field technician said they would schedule a follow-up visit, they always did.
