Climate Masters HVAC Repair definitely merits more than just a 5-star rating. The entire team showed up at my home in Palm Beach and immediately set to work with great energy. Their air duct cleaning services come highly recommended. I was particularly impressed by the meticulousness of the manager, William, and his assistant, David. They were thoughtful and made sure I was comfortable. I hope they continue their exceptional work. I will undoubtedly be using their services again.

This was a 12-hour comprehensive HVAC project and the team from Climate Masters HVAC Repair was considerate and professional throughout the entire process. Even after a 2-hour drive back to Palm Beach, not once did they complain. I tried to keep my puppy away from them as she tends to jump on people, but the few unavoidable interactions with William and Brandon were handled excellently. They left the area spotless after the completion of the work and provided a detailed explanation of how the HVAC system operates and how to keep it in top shape. I am delighted with the results. Grant, David, Tanner, and the rest of the crew were outstanding!

David and his partner, William, were top-notch! They carefully devoted their time to troubleshoot and fix my HVAC system problems. They introduced Brandon for the primary HVAC system checkup and offered me multiple solutions. Their expertise and professionalism were so outstanding that i trusted them to choose the best solution, and i don't have any remorse! In due course, i will need to revamp the main HVAC system, but the work they performed and the options they provided will allow me the needed time to plan and budget for that major project! We received multiple quotes for our new furnace and heating system before we finally decided on a particular service provider. From the start, our interactions with Brandon were quick and straightforward. The majority of our communication was carried out via text messages, which was quite convenient. The installation was completed recently and so far, the system is functioning perfectly. The team from Palm Beach that carried out the installation was efficient, courteous, and tidy. The entire process, from delivery to installation, took approximately a week and a half, with the actual installation taking about 6 hours. The pricing was also quite reasonable. Highly recommended for anyone in need of heater repair services!

The technician who fixed my ac today was named Brandon. He did an exceptional job with the repair, everything was done neatly and cleanly. He definitely deserves 5 stars.
