Awesome customer service and the service techs went above and beyond. They were even mindful of the dirt on their shoes. They placed the units with care and did the job like they were installing for a family member. I don't know why the other review was negative, but you catch more bees with honey, so treat all service people with respect and they will take care of you. THANK YOU CCC!

After a Keystone Kops installation of my condo AC unit, during which the huge unit was bounced around and fell against the Wall of the AC closet... things have continued to Not go well. The unit, according to Regional guidelines and other AC Techs, has too much capacity for my amount of space. When I mentioned this to the owner, he was indignant and unable to discuss the matter. "See "Short Cycling." You're Paying extra for a bigger Unit than you need, and worse, it causes higher humidty. Since then, on two/both occasions the unit has mysteriously stopped working, they refuse to service it/Stonewall me on the phone. I am in the midst of the second Stonewall with No AC as I write, after 4 calls (one answered, three messages) there is No response. Four calls the last time too, 3 with girl who picked up phone who said the service manager would call me. Zilch. Apparently he/they are angry at my suggestion of overcapacity. To say I wouldn't recommend CCC, is an understatement. thx
