Thanks for explaining everything in detail. I think the investment is very valuable and now I can have more peace of mind knowing that an excellent company like Cooling Advisors solved my problem in the blink of an eye. We just updated our whole AC system with the Cooling Advisors and I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process. From the beginning to the end the whole process was seamless and professional. If you live in a condo or have a water cooling unit Cooling advisors CANNOT WORK IN YOUR BUILDING! They do not have the insurance to do so!! Our NEW AC should have lasted longer than 5 years! If you want your NEW AC to last you longer than 5 years DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Owners- Rob, Sean and their dad Rob senior should be ashamed of themselves!! They sold us a water cooling AC system 4.5 years ago for our condo on singer island. We paid for their "maintenance plan" and what a waste! Since they sold the $5k system to us we had to get a new reversing valve ($900) and a new compressor ($600) since the parts were under warranty, we still had to pay labor. THEY LEFT US WITHOUT AC FOR A WEEK IN THE MIDDLE OF JULY! Most recently, beginning of December, our system had issues again! I called the company and was told "WE DON'T WORK ON THOSE SYSTEMS ANYMORE!". And they don't have the insurance to work in condo buildings. I understand why, because the few units I know that they installed were not done properly! Cooling advisors did an install at one of my rental properties and NEVER CONNECTED THE HEAT! The system also didn't work properly for the first month of having it! I thought this was an isolated incident but I was wrong. Because they are not insured to be in my buildings, I had to have another more reputable company come out. The new company said the AC system had a lot of "shoddy work" done to it and now has a "internal issue" that requires a new AC system!! Another $7,500 after our original is less than 5 years old and maintained only by cooling advisors! Owners of the company have called me back saying "there's nothing we can do". STAY AWAY from this company, wish we did from the get go! See attached photos on a system less than 4 years old, and "maintained" by cooling advisors. This looks like a 10 year old system! They are so bad..and not willing to do ANYTHING to help!

Couldn’t be happier with our experience with the install of our new AC unit. Sean came out to give us a quote, take measurements and make sure they had everything they needed before install began. He explained the whole process to us from start to finish. All of the gentlemen who came to do the install were pleasant, professional and efficient. I didn’t catch everyone’s name, but Kenny started the job and Robert was the field supervisor who came out to inspect everything before completing it. Thank you, Cooling Advisors!

Gabe just came and took care of the AC at our house. He arrived on time. He was incredibly friendly knowledgeable and helpful. It was a wonderful experience. Cooling advisors does a great job!
