These guys are excellent. Honest, professional, thorough. Very careful around your home. Very neat. Very courteous. Financing options are REALLY good and units are priced right. It was nice to see the first gentleman who came out do everything he could to fix my unit. When that wasn't possible they were great in explaining all my options. I went with Direct Air after reading all of their reviews and they're pretty spot on. They do a very good job, an honest company and it was refreshing to see a company treat you as though they want to do business with you. Too many of the other guys aren't shy about treating you like you need them. That never happened with Direct Air. Great guys!! Absolutely recommend

3 days after closing on my new home I found out that I needed a new AC unit. Juan came out and literally guided me through everything that was wrong. He was so patient, kind and understanding. He even took pictures so that I could see what he was explaining to me. I must have asked 50 questions. My experience with Juan, Manny, Kevin and Wilmur was top notch grade A service. I also got a phenomenal price for a in attic installation. Couldn't be happier with their service, professionalism, patience and of course the amazing job they did. I would recommend this company to friends and family!
