Nina1 StarTerrible customer service, I’ve contacted them numerous times to request a bill for the service that has been done over two months ago and they refused to send me one. DO NOT do business with them cause all they do is take your money and run and they are not knowledgeable. They are LIARS and not professionals. How hard is it to send me a bill. A 2 year old can easily send me a paper in the mail or just hint the button send on the email. It’s not rocket science math. But apparently it is to them. I have had a minor heater issues on different occasions and Maverick Air Conditioning & Heating has always been prompt and professional. They have never tried to price gouge me even a single day. John came out today and cleaned the light sensor since it was causing shutoffs intermittently. He worked so fast and professionally as always and am very relieved.Thursday 12th July 2018
