My A/C thankfully died during a week of cool weather. I was able to get quick install appt. Techs were friendly and I loved the results! As a new homeowner, I had unsatisfactory work done on this A/C by a previous company. I'm so glad I discovered ECM!

My husband and I have both a Home Warranty Contact and an HVAC Maintenance Contract with ECM for our rental property. Additionally, we have Home Warranty Contracts on our primary residence while our sister and parents also have Home Warranty Contracts with the company. We bring all of this up to demonstrate just how much we use and have relied upon ECM over the years. Unfortunately, lately, the quality of service has worsened significantly, which may relate to the company’s recent acquisition by Air Pros USA. Anytime we experience an issue with our appliances, we groan in frustration, knowing that we are in for a battle with ECM to send a technician to address the problem. Before the contract provided peace of mind; now it feels like a complete waste. From the moment we call, we’re asked pointed questions to immediately identify any hint that the issue in question may be an uncovered item listed in the contract fine print. In the past year alone, we’ve encountered several issues in trying to get the company to address toilet, plumbing and A/C issues. Every 2-3 months, there's an issue requiring the drain line of the A/C unit to be vacuumed. ECM charges $150 for clearing the drain line (if it's not part of their regular bi-annual maintenance visit). However, it doesn't seem normal that the line needed to be vacuumed that frequently, especially when we're doing all of the other necessary tasks ourselves (e.g., changing the filter, pouring water/vinegar down the drain line). It seems ECM is content charging its customers hundreds of dollars and not even having the decency to send someone out to scope the problems or provide a discount given your existing contracts with them. When we finally retained the services of another A/C company, they quickly identified the issue in question and fixed it. Why couldn't ECM have at least pointed this out to us when they have been servicing this property for years? Furthermore, they were at the property just last month for a maintenance visit, so it seems odd that we needed to get the coils and drain line cleaned.

With an aging a/c unit we decided to replace our system. After receiving several quotes we decided to use ECM based on several factors. ECM offered the options of equipment we were interested in, convenient installation time and comparable price. The main reason we decided to use ECM was the sales representative, Michael Chenoy. Michael was easy to communicate with and provided us with a very honest description of all available options. Keep in mind price is always a consideration but should rarely the sole deciding factor. The installation team arrived at the agreed upon time and were very professional, courteous and completed the install in a timely manner. It was raining the day they came out and they never complained and didn’t make a mess in the house. Karen & Bob

We had a very good experience with ECM. A new A/C system was installed shortly after our old one stopped working. The ECM team was very efficient, friendly, informative and got it all done within a day. We have had a whole house contract with ECM for many years and they have always been reliable and always come quickly for any appliance problem. Their technicians have always been excellent.

Thank you, ECM, for your service! All the Techs and people we have dealt with at ECM have been professional, prompt, responsive and the most knowledgeable! Lenori came to service our unit today and he was great! He showed up on time, was friendly and thorough. Brooke sent us a reminder letting us know our service was due and made sure we knew of the great promotions being offered. As always she was extremely responsive and helpful in getting everything scheduled and I can not thank her enough for all she has done. Thank you, ECM!
