Incredibly well run company. From first communication with Jeannie to Dawn in scheduling to the tech Drew and the owner Glen. I had an issue with my Dometic AC that even the Dometic in-house applications engineer was unable to troubleshoot. Drew came down and carefully and throughly went through the system, when he was stuck he made a call and Glen came right down to assist. This was a pretty complicated issue to trouble shoot that is too lengthy to describe but they handled it like few companies could. After they were done everything was put back perfectly and the job site was well cleaned. Very Impressed.

I highly recommend this company. Their rates are very affordable, the techs are certified in all major brands of marine Air conditioners and refrigerators, they can just about always fix things in a single visit, and they have fantastic customer service. Great people who know what they're doing.

Horrible service!!! 3 weeks of excuses and promises and couldn’t even get a quote. Never mind there were 2 company vans in my marina one of the weeks. ANOTHER company that falls into the typical Florida marine industry failure.
