TWO THUMBS UP for EXCELLENCE in EVERY CATEGORY: Highly professional!!! Rawly and Andy were quick to respond to our HOA’s needs to have years of debris and muck cleaned out from our 17 year-old storm drains from 3 large homes on a very busy residential street. Efficient, Experienced, THOROUGH, Got the job done and communicated with homeowners, HOA and Property Managers with patience and speed and accuracy. Took EXCELLENT videos at each step to support decisions made, very open to discussing any questions, yet still moved the project along and got it done in ONE day. They were extremely thorough and added help where they saw we needed. The videos show it all. We thought we’d just “snake out” the muck - but they have a very cool camera that they used to see what and where the blockages were (like watching endoscopy live) but they use a 5-headed reverse flow water jet system that safely flushed out clogged drains including roots, a towel, rocks from the road and muck from dust, rain, etc. They even cleaned up area after they were finished and were extremely positive. Phil “the supervisor” was called in and came immediately to help point out where additional work needed to be done, and it was by far the most positive experience we could’ve imagined. Rawly & Andy are a GREAT team!!!!

Andy Garcia and his team went above and beyond to determine the source of our under-slab leak. Before they started work on the problem, they made certain they could do this repair with minimal damage to our home. Everything was explained in detail. The leak was repaired, the crew cleaned as the work was done and we were 100% satisfied. The customer service was exceptional! We were called after the job was finished to make certain we were satisfied. We highly recommend Hi-Tech.

I called Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air when my ac broke. They were outstanding. I was extremely fortunate to have Frank as my technician. Frank is a true expert in his craft. He was extremely thorough in assessing the malfunction in my ac unit, and he did an outstanding job repairing it. Moreover, Frank is extremely personable and diligent; he also has the uncanny ability to break down complicated technical issues in ways that non-experts can understand. Nobody wants their ac to break, but working with Frank made the experience as good as it could possibly be. I highly recommend him to ANYONE who is having ac/HVAC issues.

Samantha got me booked for the very next day. The Tech Brandon arrived on time and cleaned out my drainage pipe which always gets clogged. Brandon took his time and gave me the full run down on my system without trying to push for me to buy a bunch of extras. Whole job took less than an hour! Honest and informative, great company and people!
