Called to ask about the Asure extended labor warranty from Goodman that is offered by all Goodman authorized dealers and was explicitly told "they don't want to get involved in that long of situation" with no further exploration. So when I asked if they were denying me that option of service I was told "yes". This company does not seem to have integrity I would not do business here. Be well.

The women at the front were kind and helpful when I dropped in to purchase a part for my air conditioner. I was able to show the technician a video of the problem, and once he had identified the issue and shown me how to fix it without buying any parts, I was able to get my air conditioner fixed and saved some money in the process. Will plan to use this company in the future.

We have been fortunate to be with Hoffman and Nixon now for over 14 years. Prior to that my father in law had also been pleased for many and recommended them. Fair price for top notch professional advice, installation service and maintenance. We had them install out first replacement system after we purchased our condo in 2008. We knew we'd be needing and new system and took our time doing our research. Very pleased with a very difficult installation in a small crawl space in what little attic we have. At that time they even rebuilt the platform for an improved professional setup. They do all the research themselves and are highly trustworthy and experienced. On the rare occasion we needed service they were most responsive; usually coming the same day or early the next day. Most of our few repairs were covered under warrantee. Rebates permits etc were all always taken care of. Very pleased with our new system installed 4/22. Mike C. was our technician today for our annual service. I called last evening and he was here before 11. The drain was cleared and some enhancements he wanted to make were completed. All included in their excellent and fair priced annual service. Every technician has been excellent and the entire team works together when required for any big job. Thanx Pete for your great team!

I have used this company, and only this company for many years. After they fixed the work of my previous company. They found a warranty I didn't know I had and made my repair for a quarter of what I expected. Will continue to only use this company.
