Susan Hirsch1 StarDO NOT USE THEM! Beware, although they say dispatches for covered items are covered in the contract, they find creative ways say not covered and charge extra. Nothing seems to be covered! When you call up to question the bill, the owner is rude and does not listen what the dispatch and resolution was really about. I will certainly be dropping my contract.Monday 8th July 2024
Al Zagame1 StarIf I could leave NO stars, I would. I had a new AC installed. They promised me after the inspection, they would install a UV light. I paid for a service, I did not receive. Kimberly and Nick have the WORST customer service. I would never use this company or recommend them to anyone. Worse company ever!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😤Friday 9th February 2024
Chris MacKenzie1 StarDid AC work for my mom. Then the AC leaked a week later. Nick told her they guarantee the work for a month and would come repair. Then they sent her a bill for that work which Nick said would be covered.
Then they put her into collections for. Now paying extra what should have been free.
Calling the office is also painful. During my efforts to try and resolve things I was threatened that they have lawyers on staff, recorded without my knowledge, called insulting, and ultimately given zero in concessions to the invoices I was disputing.
Wound up paying about $500 to get an AC line drained - outrageous!
My mom is 91. These people are preying on the seniors in Boynton Beach. Be ware!Friday 13th October 2023

Afterwards, costs were added in such as finance charges, which we did not agree to finance, a service call, that we received no bill for and a service contract that was not signed for as we already had one with another company. Kimberly is rude and unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone.Tuesday 29th August 2023
Fran Finkelstein4 StarI have had great experiences with Atlas. But I will say only when they send Randy. I won’t use anyone else. He is professional. Always knows what to do. Is easy to talk to. Always fixes what he comes to repair and if he can’t or feels you need to do something else first and most important he is HONESTTuesday 30th May 2023
