He was very thorough in explaining the units and pricing. The technicians were very professional. They explained the new units and thermostat. And they left the work areas very clean. Sandra Banks5 StarLast week during a certain Sunday, I needed fixing on my A/C. My house was so hot and crazy that my family couldn’t bear it. We called various HVAC companies, all through we got no response. Luckily, we got hold of Omega Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning that responded promptly after calling them. I dealt with Brandon who was so nice and promised to send me someone to help me out. Jake came to my house 30 minutes after I called. He checked the A/C and he repaired it very quickly. The entire time, he was very professional and very engaging. The job was well done and was not a bother at all the entire time.
