Had a great experience with LMI! Their communication was excellent, and the service was top-notch. They inspected my A/C, completed the maintenance, and unlike the previous company, didn’t try to upsell me on a new unit. I highly recommend LMI. Excellent work from top to bottom!

I had such a great experience with LMI! We recently discovered that our filter and coil were really dirty, and they came out the same day.The tech was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on so we could understand how to prevent issues in the future. Our system is running so much better now. I really appreciate their honesty, thorough work, and excellent service — highly recommend LMI Air Services to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC help!

It's hot and south Florida and a/c companies are far and few in between but LMI is the Bentley of the biz!! They're fast, efficient, tentative, and in this Florida heat that is important!! 10/10 would recommend for any and all a/c services. The owner Brycen Vanantwerp and the employees were amazing!
