I have always been pleased with Lowen A/C Co but this week was the best. I needed a new a/c unit. They arrived on time worked hard all day cleaned up any and all particles. They were polite and professional at all times. The unit works great. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 20.

We needed to replace to AC units at short notice. I called Lowen and Frank came to inspect what had to be done . Frank was punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. We sat down and discussed a few options and then he left promising to send us a quote which he did a few hours later. we would highly recommend this company.

Technicians were on time; very efficient. Removed my 16 year old compressor and replaced it in a very timely fashion. They were neat as a pin, and as important as all else, my dogs liked them

Called to have my mother’s A/C fixed and Fred arrived and was very knowledgeable and had the A/C up and running fast. He explained everything that he was doing every step of the way. Will be using Lowen again as we signed up for their maintenance agreement.
