I hired major toms to do a complete install, along with ductwork whole new system, and when this came about, it seems like they didn’t know how to do their paperwork they didn’t know how to submit for permits they never showed up to the job, and then they put a lien on my property after I gave them a deposit of half the monies, and they didn’t do any of the work I had to fire them. I had to hire their subcontractors that they sent to my house to do the job in the first place who were smoking weed barbecuing and drinking on the job. Finally I tell them they’re fired and the guy puts a lien on my property for half the money, needless to say the guys an alcoholic and doesn’t even have a drivers license. Let alone the companies not even in his name it’s in his son Devon‘s name so to anyone who is going to call for air conditioning, servicing, or repairs or installations run from this company

Run as fast as you can and look for another AC provider. Terrible service backed by terrible parts and cheap units. They installed a brand new temp star unit (cheap garbage) and completely overcharged me. Unit has broken - broken down monthly since new installation. Don’t be fooled by the family business- nice guy approach, run run run away from Major Tom! Be grateful you checked their reviews and read this one because you dodged a bullet.

Tom & his employees are great. They are straight to the point, they don’t give you the run around, they tell you what needs to be done, what state your ac system is in, if it’s worth repairing & get things done according to what you decide. I am very happy with their services & everyone I’ve referred them to are very happy as well!
