Kyle has been MY A/C guy for almost 7 years now. He has done a superb job of not only installing my new systems that needed replacement but also servicing them. ALL 4 OF THEM!! SERVICE is his most valuable asset. A rare asset here in South Florida. That being said I am most thankful for the person Kyle is. He is honest, fair and responsive. Kyle picks up his phone and if he is busy will call right back. He has saved me at the most crucial times and has always showed up quickly and on time. Thanks Kyle it is much appreciated.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. You cannot trust them at all. They installed a new AC Unit in my Villa in July 2021. The owner Kyle never answers text messages or phone calls. Sent him text messages. I never received a manual on how to work my ac unit. Numerous text messages back and forth and eventually called another person who was recommended to come and check, I advised Kyle that he never put the proper hurricane clamps on all four sides of the ac unit. Only three were done and he advised that he never leveled the unit. Texts back and forth to him finally got answered and he said sorry I am bad I never saw them. Well that whole ordeal cost me another $410 dollars to fix, because since the ac unit wasn’t level the freon leaked out and needed new freon put in. Also he never put new insulation on the pipe coverings and also never cleaned out the pipes so that it would run through. He also said he would reimburse me for the money I laid out and so far no check. It has been over two weeks and no check. DO YOUSELF A FAVOR AND CALL ANOTHER COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. CANNOT TRUST THEM EVEN WHEN THEIR TEXTS SAY THEY WILL FIX IT BY REIMBURSING YOU THE MONEY YOU LAID OUT WHICH HE SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Kyle and his team installed a new HVAC system in our home. We had lots of quotes from other companies but had not found someone we really liked and provided a fair price. Kyle provided fair quotes and did not pressure us one way or another. He explained our options clearly and made sure we understood what needed to be done for a new HVAC system. The day if installation they were there right on one, kept the house clear, and were very polite. Kyle came back a few days later to check up on everything and to make sure we were 100% satisfied. We highly recommend these guys!
