The owner Mike is one of the best AC guys I have ever hired. Unlike many other companies I've used, palms county is very honest. They are not out to scam you. Mike is very knowledgeable and makes sure to go above and beyond.

This company is superb! I am very pleased with the excellent work and attention, without compromising my budget. Michael provided me with the best service in this area, being professional and courteous. I recommend them without hesitation. In Florida air conditioning is basic necessity so is very good to know I can count on them in case I need.

I paid this company over $10,000 for 2 new air conditioning systems, then paid them for maintenance. When 1 of my units stopped working, they told me they were busy, so they could jot get their for 5 days. I agreed to wait, they then did not show up for the appointment, blocked my number and refused to honor their maintenance agreement. This experience is literally unbelievable, and the unethical behavior of Mike fails to meet my lowest expectations of how a contractor should treat a paying customer. I advise people to stay away from this company to avoid situations like mine. UPDATE....Mike, I ask that refrain from making false claims and instead stick to factual information. First off, I haven’t owned my home for 5 years. At the time you made the choice to not show up to an appointment you committed too, I owned my home for 4 years, which is the approximate amount of time that passed since I paid your company $10,000. Second, you didn’t refuse service, rather you chose to not show up to an appointment which you committed too, and then block my phone number, while at the same time my family and I sweated in the heat as we waited for you to come to our home and fix the air conditioner. At no time did I indicate I expected you to perform any service at no cost. In my initial call we even discussed the cost of servicing the unit. I called you because you installed the system and are familiar with the units as well as the work that has been done. If you were concerned that I would expect free work you could have discussed that like a professional. The fact that you deliberately did not show up to an appointment for a return customer knowing that their ac was not working in the Florida summer is despicable. Adding to that, you did so in a passive manner, so I was not aware of your decision to deliberately leave my family sweating while we awaited your service. You literally blocked my number in an effort to avoid accountability and directly speaking to me. After I realized this, i called a different contractor. They showed up and told me that the issue was able to be diagnosed based on what I told them over the phone, replaced the capacitor in about 10 minutes, I paid them and they left. So, again, I caution any potential customer from doing business with the type of person that would deliberately not show up for an appointment and not have the courtesy or professionalism to inform the customer.

Mike came to our house today to fix our air conditioning. He was VERY friendly and informative. I would recommend this business to everyone I know AND people I don't know! Thanks Mike! You deserve a big raise.
