I’ve used Perfect Cooling before and was satisfied with their services. However, I’m not sure what happened with this company because my recent experience was horrendous. I needed a new blower motor for my central AC and for some reason, Perfect Cooling just could not get their act together. The technician was at my home on Friday 4/19/2024 and said I needed to wait until Monday for him to get the part. So, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and now it’s Wednesday and there’s no service visit. I called the office numerous times and constantly got the runaround. “Oh, we need a signed proposal from you before we can order the part” (???). Then they send it to the wrong email (I’m already in their system). Then the price for the proposal was outrageous, more than double what I wound up paying with another company who completed the job the same day. No owner/manager call back to follow up days later but they had no problem charging the $130 "diagnostic fee". I won’t be doing business with them again so my recommendation is don’t…..just don’t. We have so many AC service companies in South Florida. There’s no reason for this headache.

Perfect Cooling installed all of our HVAC as we built our house. I recommend them for design, installation, and service. They are very good at everything from standard work to custom designs. Freddy, Roger, and Gene do great work

You can expect the best business experience replacing an HVAC with Perfect Cooling. This is my second time using this company and their level of service is just EXCELLENT & AMAZING across the board. John is very diligent and willing to go above and beyond to make things happened as one need it. I'm a very detailed oriented individual and after considering 5 other companies, Perfect Cooling is by far, the best company of its kind in South Florida. They tailored product, price and installation to my needs, and will continue to earn my business and associates for years to come. Absolutely recommend this AAA+++ rated company.

I highly recommend Perfect Cooling. John was incredible throughout the entire process from explaining what I need and what I don't need in my AC replacement. The installers arrived at the time promised and did an outstanding professional job. John kept following up with me to ensure I was 100% satisfied with everything. I could not be more pleased with this special customer service I have not experienced from other contractors. In addition to the exceptional install and friendly service, I saved over $1000 on a new AC system compared to other quotes from five other companies. Highly recommend and ask for John. You will not be disappointed!

John and his crew that he sent to my house to install my AC unit was very prompt and very professional. I would recommend Perfect Cooling Inc to anyone looking for a good company to install or repair your AC unit. My wife and I like John's presentation, he let us know what we needed and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need.and he didn't pressure you into buy the unit the same day.
