You can expect NOTHING from this company but the HIGHEST quality work at fair prices and whatever Fred recommends, you can “take it to the bank” that he will make it his sole purpose to do the job promptly, meticulously and that he will PERSONALLY stand behind anything that he says or does. Action speaks louder than words...YOU WILL BE SATISFIED. He is virtually the only contractor that I have EVER dealt with that takes care of EVERYBODY like they are immediate family. They have your best interests in mind when they recommend a repair or equipment replacement. SLEEP COMFORTABLE PEOPLE, I sure do! Please review the before and after photos of the very challenging and complex job he did for us this week...ALL IN ONE DAY so we didn’t have to endure not even one night of discomfort in this sweltering climate we live in!

I am super happy with Perfect Degrees Air Conditioning. They have a no nonsense approach to doing business. From the estimate procedure which was very quick and very actuate. The equipment they offered up was only the best, which was a comfort that others did not offer. I had great confidence that they were the company I was going with. A team of two technicians and the owner showed up on time, and approached the job with great proficiency. Every man knew his job went to work immediately, their attention to details was very impressive. In the total of 3 hours not only did I have cold air again, Perfect Degrees treated my home with great care that my wife never knew they were here. From the trucks, to their uniforms, and most of all their courtesy attitude demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and pride. I am going to recommend them to all my family and friends. I have attached a picture of my new Carrier air handler to demonstrate Perfect Degrees level of proficiency and pride in their workmanship.

I had Perfect Degrees installed a new HVAC few years ago and they were great. I was happy with their service. However, I called Perfect Degrees for service last month and quoted $1495 to replace the condenser fan which was in warranty by the way. I did agreed to it since I trusted Perfect Degrees. However, when I received the invoice, somehow the technician was from Air Around the Clock? Was I being sold as a lead to Air Around the Clock? I noticed I got ripped off. The condenser fan replacement was only $695. The technician told me this and that needed to be replaced, blah, blah, blah you know how it goes. I opened the unit afterward and they weren't changed. This company don't honor the warranties. Or maybe you can explain how 3 hours labor cost $1495.

Perfect Degrees is the most professional and reliable installation and repair service I have ever dealt with in over 35 years. The service people are well trained and extremely friendly. The customer service department is always available and well informed. The owner is hands-on, and has always been responsive to my AC issues. Besides being knowledgeable, they are priced very reasonably. Perfect Degrees did a two unit installation last year and the workmanship was exemplary.
