Brett Pennock5 StarI can’t begin to describe how wonderful my experience was with PerfecTemp. My A/C was leaking for the 6th time in 2 years. This was the worst it had been. The previous company I used was not answering my call or returning either of the messages I left on the emergency line. The leak was getting very bad and Luckily I saw PerfecTemp was 24/7 and I called and spoke with Jack at 830pm on a Sunday night . I explained the situation and he assured me someone could come out to the house that night. About 10 mins after our call Jack called me back and said his on call technicians were all held up and he got in his truck and personally came to my house to fix the issue. I believe most other companies would have just scheduled me for the next day. What I liked the most was Jack showed me the issue and explained what was happening in a way that I could understand it. Our previous company had installed two safety mechanisms wrong which would normally prevent the water from leaking into our floor and it would just not allow the AC to turn on. I would have much rather been calling him saying my A/C wouldn’t turn on instead of dealing with multiple leaks in the house. Jack fixed the water safety control float switch in less than 10 seconds. That made me really upset that the previous company just needed to take a few extra seconds to install it correctly and this all could have been prevented. We are so appreciative of Jack and we signed up for the maintenance program and we are looking forward to great customer service from PerfectTemp. Thank you again Jack!Monday 16th October 2023

They tried to help me help myself since I am a little handy, and when all else failed they had my AC up and running within a couple days after needing to order a part over the weekend.
