I received a callback in less than an hour after contacting PerfectTemp HVAC Repair. Their representative, Gerald, was not only courteous and upbeat but also exhibited great professionalism, making the AC repair process smooth and hassle-free. He quickly addressed the problem and provided insightful suggestions for maintaining our AC system in the future. Interacting with him was a truly enjoyable experience. Moreover, Jeff, the office manager at their Delray Beach location, was extremely pleasant to deal with.

Jeff and his competent assistant, Malik, did an excellent job with my AC repair. I felt that Jeff was completely transparent in presenting me with options and giving sound advice. Their service charges were fair, and I'm pleased to be enjoying a cool house in Delray Beach. I'll definitely use their services again and highly recommend them!

I've held a maintenance contract for a decade with another provider, and during my bi-annual assessment, they informed me of multiple parts that required replacement, costing a significant sum, or the alternative was to swap it out for a new model. I reached out to PerfectTemp HVAC Repair for a second opinion and a recharge of the unit that I was informed was 1.5 pounds low on refrigerant. Norman showed up and confirmed that the unit wasn't lacking refrigerant, and then proceeded to inspect the unit just like any routine service call. He gave the unit a clean bill of health. I'll be switching my service to a different provider immediately, much appreciated!

Diego was incredibly knowledgeable and proficient, offering a comprehensive understanding of all that we would need once he pinpointed the issue. The procedure entailed procuring a new motor for our HVAC system from PerfectTemp HVAC Repair. Diego made a separate visit to finalize the installation. He did an excellent job making sure our home in Delray Beach was comfortable and heated again. Diego is an extraordinary service technician, and we consider ourselves lucky to have him on the team.
