sean Scott1 StarI paid for a 25k residential air conditioner and prepaid service for 2 years. I called service and scheduled an appointment for service. When I told them my service was prepaid, they scheduled me out 2 weeks. I put in for a day off so that they could service my AC. On the day of the scheduled service it was a no show. I called 5 times starting 1st thing in the morning and a rollover answering service took my information and told me someone would call back. No one called back. 4 more times and no one called me back. The answering service told me they must be busy. Since then it’s always the answering service. Don’t use this company they are not reliable and can’t even afford to hire an employee to answer the phone.
I will report this to the better business bureau due to the fact that they owe me service and are not reliable. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISk

First “Nickname” Last4 Star10/03/2022 They are still working with me and being courteous. I believe it’s a faulty equipment issue and not an installation issue.
4/22/2022 Lennox unit installed Poorly.
- Not Grounded Properly .
- Massive Air Comprises in and around Curb Adapter Seal.
I paid 8200$ to cool the outside since all the air is leaking outside. 1500 square feet 3 ton unit with my electric bill 390$ a month. Higher than my old unit. I also paid for duct cleaning but they never cleaned anything and broke my AC vents. When they come out they try to sell me vent cleaning after they supposedly did it. I got royally screwed by the ac unit I picked.Sunday 11th February 2024
Xieana Henry5 StarMy AC unit was old and leaking water and I had lots of quotes, but Phoenix air conditioning sent Jordan and he was was very professional, gave me different opinions and had fair pricing. My install was today and the installers did a great job. They were on time friendly and I even got a call and text message when they were on their way. I am glad I choose this company and I will continue using themThursday 1st June 2023
Esteban1 StarAwful service. Our technician showed up later than expected and completed a ver quick assessment of our unit. He said there’s something wrong with the unit but I cannot tell you what it is. So that was great, we’re paying for him to figure out exactly that. Then he sat in his car for 20 minutes, for what felt like a longer time than the actual assessment. He came back in, recommended that we change the entire unit for $7,000. His three options had a $100 difference. Then he left. Hours later when we were walking our dog, we noticed he had left the entire system outside open, with the aluminum casing on the ground, the screws on the side, the switch box open… We called and they wanted to send someone the next day. No refund of the yearly membership we just bought, no discussion with a manager, nothing. They promised the manager would call, still nothing. We even sent them the pictures via email. and followed up via email. If we hadn’t walked by the side of the house, the whole system would have been exposed to the elements and who knows what could have happened (rain and humidity could have rusted it, it could have broken down, animals could have damaged it, or worse). Overall, I would not recommend their service. Stay away!!!Tuesday 26th April 2022
Stitch by Stitch1 StarThey are supposed to be an authorized Gree contractor, unit is under warranty for a coil replacement. Paid $1150 just for labor and a month later no one has any idea what is going on with the part, if it's been ordered/backordered, can't find my account or payment, and now the office is ignoring my emails and requests for an update or refund this past week. I've been patient and gave them the past week notice to call me back with an update but unfortunately no call back will lead to filing a claim with my credit card at this point. Really disappointing I've wasted over a month waiting for themSaturday 13th April 2024
