Our technician came and evaluated our zone to be sure we got the right unit. Very thorough and professional. The installation crew did a great job and cleaned up everything when they were done. They even stayed an extra hour to be sure the drain line was cleaned out and draining properly. We will keep using them in the future. The team at Polair is such a pleasure. It is great to finally have an HVAC company that cares about their customers and shows real information of why they do what they do! They show you WHY they need to do the work, not just tell you that it needs to be done. I love that they use smart technology that gives in-depth details of your system. Totally recommend. John was an absolutely delightful service technician. We always have a wonderful experience with Polair, and they take care of all of our air conditioning needs, but John was particularly adept. He took pictures of everything, showed us what needed fixing, gave us estimates, and was efficient in everything that he did. He was also polite and professional. Our system is running great, and we had a great experience with him.
