We have used Prestige the past several years for AC and furnace tune ups and have been very satisfied. Last week they replaced our 30+ year old split AC/Furnace condo unit. Rudy came out initially and didn’t pressure us on buying as our AC still worked but could die at any time. He gave us a great quote on a new 2.5 ton unit. Lead installers Richard and I think Walt? came out and did a wonderful job installing the new unit. Richard went out if his way to configure the inside unit so that it fit much better in the furnace closet. Once completed our new unit was quiet and the air smelled so fresh!! Great job guys!! I also wanted to mention how wonderful it was working with Amber and Donna in the scheduling of services. They are super nice and professional and made this whole process seamless!

In Florida to avoid the icy winter up north and was shocked by 48 degree weather here. Bad time to find out my heat doesn’t work. I called Prestige at 8 am and the technician was at my house by 830. He had it up and running in no time. Very helpful and very polite. Will definitely use them when I need help again.

I would like to thank Prestige air for their superior service and very quick response. I am in the process of selling my home. The weekend of my open house, I got an offer, the following day my air conditioning quit. I contacted Prestige Air and ask what kind of turnaround time they had for installing a new unit, well two days later the installers were here with my new unit. Because of their quick resolution to the problem, the house proceeded with the sale. The installers were professional and left the work area spotless, also installed a new thermostat and carefully went over all the details on the operation of it. I would highly recommend this company for a new air conditioner and maintenance. They saved the sale of my home.

We had our first experience with Prestige some 14 years ago for a new AC system. When it came time to replace that one after years of reliable service, we had their number on file. So, just check off the things you want to see in a service company ... -- knowledgeable, confident, and competent office staff. -- Technicians and installers who show up as scheduled. -- Work performed in a timely and workmanlike manner. A company that does these things is worth my repeat business.
