Treeboss Mike5 StarThis company has saved me multiple times from not having to go long without air conditioning! This time wasnt an emergency but they still took good care of me. Well priced and they came when they said they would. Bryce took care of me and was friendly and I could tell je was experienced. Gave me a lot of great tips, flushed out my A/C, checked the freon, replaced a bad capacitor, and installed a new thermostat for me. My A/C is running great and i love my new Honeywell thermostat. I recommend them highly to anyone that has any issues with their air conditioner because down here in South Florida it is a necessity!Thursday 29th June 2023

Vincent Golia1 StarI purchased a water cooled Carrier AC from Ralph Kaylor. He was recommended from a contractor I know.
After he finished the install he left my condo while I was taking a nap. I awakened to find my house unsecured and the place a mess.
He left the instructions behind the AC. There was never any follow up.
Sixteen months later Freon started leaking and it took him a week to send someone who charged me $495.00. $300 for the Freon and $200 for the stop leak which is a total waste of money. When I spoke to Ralph he said it sometimes work. So instead of locating the leak he put a band aid on the problem. No doubt he could come back out recharge me. It’s obvious, just another scam, instead of fixing the problem the first time. In less than a month the AC made a popping sound and no cold air. Please don’t let Kaylor AC anywhere near your dwelling.Tuesday 4th October 2022

Harry Gousis5 StarKaylor Air has provided us with great service on our A/C unit year after year. We recently came back from vacation to an air conditioner that had failed and a 90 degree house. The unit was diagnosed with a leaking condenser coil and because of it's age did not warrant repair. Kaylor came out and had the entire unit inside and out replaced in the quickest turn around I have ever seen. Thank you Kaylor Air for such a great response.
