Excellent The technician Mark diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. He was very professional, and his work was exceptionally clean. He was in and out of my house less than a half hour, and everything is working perfectly now! Tech (Josh) arrived in the given time window. He was polite and knowledgeable. Spent time checking our A/C unit (inside and outside). He advised us as to our unit's age and potential remaining life. He was honest and gave us the facts about our A/C unit. He did not try to talk over or around us. I highly recommend Josh and Razorback.

I called and they were out here an hour later! Joshua nd Logan were professional, polite and honest. I had just had another company out here and was trying to get a second opinion and Razorback electric is my go to for electrical so I knew I had to give them a try for my air and I’m so happy I did. They completed the job quickly and without issues. Josh explained everything to me and didn’t make me feel dumb for not understanding nor did he try to sell me a whole new unit which I’ve found is the norm. I just wish this company did even more things cause I would use them for everything! Thank you so much!

I am extremely pleased with your service. Your technician Josh Newman arrived within an hour of my call to Razorback, as promised by you. Josh was professional, pleasant, and informative explaining what he saw as the problem and how he intended to go forward to solve it . He went to work immediately explaining every question I had and giving me details that made me feel I was in good hands. I had been having this problem every 4 months and the solution I believe, after dealing with Razorback (And their very efficient professional office) seems to rest with this company and this young man.
