Lawanda Williams5 StarRussell is very reliable. I called with problems with my AC and Russell was to my house on a late evening, he identified the problem with my AC. The next day I was informed I had a warranty on the part. He was given the okay to move forward with the repair and within a few hours my AC was fixed. Mitch A Singh 'MSDTINC,LLC'5 StarRuss is super great at his craft(s). He is an expert with HVAC & WATER TANK repairs or replacement. He offers several solutions and recommends based on your budget.
Recently, he replaced a water tank in a few hours. He also hauled the old 20y one away.
He serviced my 410 A/C and noticed that the water pan was missing. He advised that according to code, a pan is required. If I had a pan there before, it would have save my vinyl floor and ceiling water stains. He bought and installed the pan with an A/C cutoff float sensor.
Overall, I really appreciate that he cleans up the work area and takes out the worn parts. He is kind and courteous.

I decided to upgrade to a more energy efficient unit. I called Russ Air Conditioning LLC in the morning and by the end of the day I had a new HVAC unit installed and up and running. The technicians used protective protocols as not to damage my flooring. They were highly skilled and knowledgeable as they answered all my questions; meanwhile sharing with me best practices on how to care for the HVAC unit extending its life. When he arrived not only did he go above and beyond but he explained things in an easy manner. It is not often you meet such honest people like Russell because it is rare.
