If there was a 6 star review, they would get it from me. It's a professional company who gets the job done and done right! The people are professional, friendly and know what the hell they are doing. They are priced fairly and stand behind what they sell and install. Are you hot and need you air conditioner installed right away, no sweat and I mean no sweat. You'll be cool asap. They are great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate a second to work with them or recommend them.

What a great expirence with Sansone so far. From the day i make the quote appointmen. Anthony show up on time, and show me differents options for my AC replacment. Without pushing anything or extra fees. All in papers and emails, texts. Thanks. Then the owner and the sales office texme too to clarify any information. Then yesterday the installation day, David and Raul show Ontime againg. The install went great all clean and neat install of my new Daikin Fit Inveter. Very skilled team of techs.Thanks to all the Sansone Team.

My AC stopped working overnight (turned out to be the compressor). Seeing multiple positive reviews for Sansone, I decided to reach out to them online. Customer Service called and texted me first thing in the morning. They were able to send a technician out the same day. As I suspected, I had to replace my almost 10-year-old AC. The technician Cray was helpful in explaining my options (even temporary, more budget friendly fixes to buy some time). I was able to use the financing offered, I selected a new unit and was able to schedule install for the next day. Johnny and Luis were great. Efficient, worked well together, and cleaned up. I’m pleased with my experience with Sansone and will recommend to friends.

Smooth from start to finish. Every person I dealt with was courteous and helpful. My salesperson spent time explaining every option - in plain language. Mike came out for some routine maintenance on our AC unit. He was very professional and answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Very impressed and would highly recommend! As an update to the above review from last month, I ended up hiring Sansone to install a brand new central air conditioning system. After receiving estimates from several companies, Sansone, by far, offered us the best price and incentives. The units were installed professionally and in a timely manner and our AC works great. Brian Tommeraas is their amazing sales manager. Extremely easy to work with and he promptly addressed all of my issues and concerns. Once again, I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and customer service.
