I originally told him someone would be there all week cleaning; then he asked how he would get in. My response “as I said”, Traci will be there all week and I asked when he would be going. He said he was not interested because he doesn’t like being talked to that way. Drama over business, that’s a new one on me. He did a great job & all went smoothly the 1st time he serviced our 2 units.Monday 8th August 2022
