Dwarf Farkward1 StarDon't Use These People! This guy Louis, who came out, Was Totally Incompetent or let's say Questionable... , Without turning off the power, as soon as my back was turned, he pulls on the three power wires going to the electric panel. This immediately resulted in a short between power line and the chassis ground line, causing a loud electrical "POP" destroying the crimp connector on the chassis ground line. He then quickly pulled the fuse. He is lucky he is still alive. He then proceeds to show me the smoked line and proclaims the unit is Bad $185.00 Please????. He never put a volt or current meter on the unit or connects the freon pressure gauges on the unit to see if it had gas. Again Don't use these people!Monday 17th July 2023
