This company is not trustworthy or dependable. We had a scheduled appointment and the technician did not come and never communicated to us that he was not coming. We rescheduled for the next day and minutes before the service window was up the technician called to share that he was not being paid by his company so would not be doing work until he was paid. We then called to get refunded as we were told we had to pay upfront before the service and after calling and speaking with them multiple times were never given a refund. Do not do business with this company.

Great people, great service! No complaints! I have used them repeatedly on my own property and on other investment properties and wholeheartedly recommend Tron Heating & Air conditioning! These guys are the best!

Just had a very negative experience with this company. I tried to book an appointment for them to come look at my broken AC, and the woman on the phone tried to talk me into signing up for a subscription membership. It felt very salesy and weird. When I finally said OK, she asked to charge my card before the technician even came. It seemed weird but I let her do it. Then I got a notification from my bank that there was a fraud alert from the charge. I decided not to go with the company at that point, because everything had seemed so suspicious. When I called her back to cancel the appointment and the charge, she kept saying she couldn’t hear me and losing the call. I called back three times and finally was able to get her to cancel the subscription. Definitely would never do business with these people again! Even if it was legit, it was extremely unprofessional.

My AC broke on one of the hottest days of the year. Tron Heating & Air Conditioning was considerate and logically priced. They followed up with call prior to let me know they were coming. My technician was terrific, swift and expeditious, he made a few exceptional recommendations to improve the performance and life of my unit. He got the repair done precisely and was very pleasant as well. They are the real deal!!

Tron Heating & Air Conditioning all the way! Their technician was very informed and very patient in explaining everything to me as he did my air and heating repairs need. He is very well-rounded and never tried to upsell me anything that I don't need. He went above and beyond on the service that he was required to perform. Highly approved!
