Ultra did an unprofessional install of my 5 ton AC unit. Returned once to correct an initial problem. 3 months they have failed to return to solve any install issues. There is No way for me to put a filter in or take it out with the way it was improperly installed. It is bent and not sitting correctly. Bushleague. Stay far away.
